'Recipes For Disease' is a continuing series of books containing information concerning on-going research into the correlations between diet, disease and blood-type. Other health and diet books discuss what should be done to achieve a healthier body. This book delves more into the awareness of what should not be done, instead, so as to avoid the 'Recipes For Disease'. 'Recipes For Disease' came about as a result of over twenty-five years of observations in dealing with the aged, diseased and training people in gyms, noticing same diet, yet different results. Different blood-types, I felt, had to be the answer. That was 1978. Jump to 2005 when I discovered Dr. D'Adamo's book, 'Eat Right For Your Type'. Combined with my experience over the years, I had quite the jump on the research to start with. So, I did. The statistical trends I started to see were astounding! Now it's 2008; three years later and I have enough information to publish my initial findings showing where this research is going. Enjoy!
